Night Visions Film Festival

THE BIGGEST AND THE (B)OLDEST GENRE FILM FESTIVAL IN FINLAND

Night Visions Film Festival is the biggest and the oldest film festival in Finland to focus on fantasy, horror, science fiction and cult cinema. Established in 1997, the festival has been organized in Helsinki usually twice a year, the first Night Visions event of the year taking place in the spring around February/March and the second one around Halloween in late October. The festival offers the Finnish audience a thorough look at the horror, fantasy and cult cinema of today and yesteryear.

In addition to the best of the best of contemporary genre titles, the lineup usually includes a significant number of older gems and landmark titles of the festival’s favourite genres.
