Lust For Vengeance

Review by AngryPrincess

Kids, gotta love them! They tend to always think with their pubescent hormones instead of with their God given brains. A group of girls that were childhood friends are suddenly being brought back to a place in time that they’d all like to forget.

Beth, Anna, Jennifer and Lisa are a close knit group of friends that share a secret so dark that none of them will even speak of it. You notice that they all have some difficult problems that they are trying to deal with, could these problems be a result of the pain they all hide deep inside?

Beth suffers from drug addiction and finds herself sleeping with the dealer to get her goods- then her man comes over they get high and fuck some more. Anna deals with self esteem issues, battles bulimia and is constantly wanting to exercise.

The part of Jennifer played by Michelle Soto was held up until director Sean Weathers felt like he had finally found the perfect one. Weather’s actually liked Michelle so much he added in extra scenes for her while also adding her as the main character of the film. She originally only had a puny five minute part.

The scene where the killer knocked on the door and just slit her throat as soon as she answered chilled me. It was scary to me thinking about how you could open your door to unknowingly welcome your own death. This killer is watching and he will make the necessary moves to finish what he has started.
