Woke Up Dead

Jon Heder of Napolean Dynamite fame will be bringing us an Internet show about being a zombie. The whole "webisodes" thing seems to be a trend we’re seeing more of lately. Personally, I enjoy the antics of Dave Vader, Toy Break, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog, and The Guild. Though, the last two I only watched when my wife bought the DVDs.

The series aptly titled Woke Up Dead is about a college student who wakes up one morning to the discovery that he is dead. Crackle.com will air the show of 20 episodes about five minutes long each.

Heder describes the show as being a thriller zombie comedy. Heder plays the new zombie who does not believe that he is dead. The comedy begins when his friends start to believe that he is, indeed, a zombie.

  1. I have just gotten into this show, and I absolutely love it! The characters rock. But not only is it super cool to see Jon Heder, its also awesome to see Meital Dohan from Weeds! She is such a great zombie in this show, I am hooked on Aurora and the show!
