Necrosis Deal with BrinkDVD

Unknown Productions’ Independent Feature Film, “Necrosis” has penned a deal with BrinkDVD. Necrosis is a psychological horror film starring James Kyson Lee (NBC’s Heroes), George Stults (7th Heaven), Tiffany (1980’s Pop Star), Penny Drake (Zombie Strippers), Danielle De Luca (Naked Fear) and Robert Michael Ryan (CBS’ How I Met Your Mother). There are special appearances by Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes) and Mickey Jones (Vacation, Penny Dreadful).

The Necrosis Feature Film follows six friends as they arrive at an isolated cabin to enjoy a long weekend in the snow. An epic snowstorm interrupts their vacation, trapping them on the mountain and resurrecting the haunting ghosts of the Cannibalistic Donner Party. It doesn’t look like anyone is going to be doing any ski rental on this vacation. But are they true ‘entities’ or is it simply ‘cabin fever’ that brings out their fears and darkness, causing friends to turn against each other as reality deteriorates around them. Could any of the friends be suffering from drug or alcohol addiction and just going through withdrawal?  It’s all part of the suspense and mystery that makes it great entertainment.

BrinkDVD Horror debuted earlier in 2009 with their Zombie Horror film “Evilution” and Slasher style film, “Basement Jack”. BrinkDVD is an indie DVD label specializing in Horror, Independent Film and Documentaries. BrinkDVD is rounding out their Horror catch of 2009 movies with Necrosis, a Psychological Horror film, which debuted as one of the official selections of the “Paranoia Film Festival” in March of this year.

For 2010, Necrosis is currently slated for distribution in 10 foreign countries, including; Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Middle East, Russia, Turkey, Romania, and more under the film’s alternate title of “Blood Snow.”

The Necrosis DVD will include special features, including a “Behind-The-Scenes” featurette and a Director’s Commentary. This will look fantastic on an entertainment center of any size.
