A gloomy, surreal tale of a sleeping young boy facing his nightmares. But, if he wakes up, it may turn out that reality can be even more horrifying than ghosts that haunt his dreams.
Double Handsome Dragons got together in 2005 as a group of friends, from the shitty land of Peterborough, who had played together in various bands since the beginning of time. The music is semi-instrumental electro post-rock with gritty guitars, ambient synths and strings, big drums and a variety of beeps and glitches. We’ve been making music most our lives and have played more gigs than anyone can count. Our live shows are pure energy and if we leave the stage without bleeding fingers and having lost half our body weight in sweat, then we haven’t done our job right. We’ve been building up our own studio over the last couple of years and now record and mix everything ourselves which gives us the freedom to piss about with our sound without time / cash restraints.
