Things are finally coming together and I cannot wait to check out Scary Story Slumber Party. The latest anthology flick is set to drop on April 20, 2012 at the Blood on The Beach Convention in Virginia Beach where the first batch of DVD’s will be released to the public. You can check out the cover art for this title in the picture above. I like it because it heavily features well-known scream queens like Devanny Pinn, Jackey Hall, Sierra Holmes, and Heather Dorff while also giving a good chunk of space to introduce the new talent entering the indie horror film scene.
This title will also feature short films by Jonathan Moody, Coven Delacruz, Travis Legge, Johnny Johnson, Myke Wilson, Victor M.A. Nash, and Robert Elkins. In Scary Story Slumber Party, “3 friends gather together during their winter break from college to throw an old fashion Slumber Party like they did in the old days. They begin to tell each other scary stories to liven up the fun. But the fun is leading to something a bit more sinister.”
