It is the end of an era.
Just like many others, I have become a big fan of the Ninjas vs franchise. The epic, indie horror-comedy franchise is coming to a conclusion with its last entry in the trilogy, Ninjas vs Monsters. In the last film, our favorite group of ninjas and other worldly beings team up to take on “the originals,” the monsters that started it all – witches, Dracula, werewolves, The Mummy, and Frankenstein. I think I see some zombies in the newly released trailer too, but I do know I see a lot of new faces on the side of our heroes.
Produced by Endlight Entertainment and Steven M Campbell Productions, Ninjas vs Monsters is written and directed by Justin Timpane. Justin also serves as producer, editor, and cinematographer. It stars Daniel Ross (who also helped write and produce the feature), Cory Okouchi, Jay Saunders, Devin Brookshire, P.J. Megaw, Dan Guy, Carla Okouchi, Jasmine Guillermo, Sam Lukowski, Elliot Kashner, and many others.
The official [Facebook] page has Summer 2012 listed as a potential release date. So I’m going to hope for an August release! That may seem like such a long time away, but for now you can watch the first trailer for Ninjas vs Monsters below!
