Box office numbers, DVD sales, and television viewership for the week of June 1 to June 7, 2012.
Piranha 3DD debuts after a long series of delays, although it comes in all the way at #24. This is because it received a very limited release (86 theaters) and went straight to stream on Amazon and Facebook. Men In Black is still doing very well, as is Dark Shadows. Chernobyl Diaries is still kicking ass, considering the budget is rumored to be only $1million. Keyhole looks like it will be ending its run soon…

8 5 Dark Shadows $5,401,000 (Total: $72,375,000)
9 6 Chernobyl Diaries $4,739,000 (Total: $16,110,000)

The Daniel Radcliffe period-horror The Woman In Black is in the top three films at the DVD Top 30 Chart. As with other worldwide hits, the release of Men In Black 3 prompted the former two entries to shoot up the chart. The Devil Inside takes a huge dive and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the last week it’s on the chart.
3 The Woman In Black $3,063,000
10 2 Chronicle $1,532,000 (Total: $5,455,000)
11 4 Underworld: Awakening $1,410,000 (Total: $11,805,000)
17 N/A Men In Black $686,000 (Total: N/A)
18 9 Thor $564,000 (Total: $25,397,000)
22 16 Twilight Dawn 1 $443,000 (Total: $94,005,000)
23 N/A Men In Black 2 $378,000 (Total: N/A)
24 11 The Devil Inside $349,000 (Total: $1,223,000)
