Hm… I may end up watching this title this weekend! I love found footage!

“Watch Brenton Spencer’s wildly entertaining horror film, CROWSNEST take the best of the found-footage genre and combines it with the sick visions of American horror. The film is now available on SundanceNOW and in select theaters. When five friends make a detour into the backwoods, they realize they should never have gone there, uncovering a disturbing reality existing far, far beyond civilized society.

Fear is deceiving, escape is impossible, evil is unmistakable. CROWSNEST is also available on IFC Films Video on Demand, and digital outlets: iTunes, Amazon Streaming, PS3 Playstation Unlimited, XBOX Zune, Google PLAY and YouTube.

Director: Brenton Spencer, Starring: Mittita Barber, Victor Zinck Jr, Aslam Hussein, Chelsey Reist, Christie Burke

Synopsis: In late summer of 2011, five young friends celebrating a birthday went missing after an unexpected detour sent them crashing into an abandoned RV. Video recorded by the victims & recovered by police reveals a horrific encounter with the twisted residents of a secluded community, entirely removed from civilization and not pleased at having visitors. Director Brenton Spencer’s wildly entertaining horror film takes the best of the found-footage genre and combines it with the sick visions of American horror like DUEL and DELIVERANCE.”
