Synopsis
The plot of “Laughter” follows Joey (Rocky Petroziello), a young man ridiculed at school and home for his obsession with clowns. At a going away party following their high school graduation, several of Joey’s classmates stage a prank that turns fatal. The friends swear themselves to an oath of secrecy about the events of that night, but months later they’re gruesomely picked off by a mysterious man dressed as a clown.

Laughter has been part of this year’s San Antonio Horrific Film Festival and was nominated for Best Feature, Best Make-up and Best Director. On September 2nd Laughter won the Best Director award! We are also part of the Scarlet Waters showcase in Austin Texas on October 27th. We are also nominated there for Best Feature and our very own Kris Marconi is nominated for Best Actor. The Premiere for the film is being held at a local theater in down town Scranton PA at the Marquee Cinema at 6:00p.m. and Doors open at 5:30p.m.
