1970 – Gabrielle Anwar, who plays “Fiona” on the TV series “Burn Notice.” She starred in the films “Body Snatchers,” “The Grave” and the TV movies “The Ripper” and “Mysterious Island.”

1960 – Adrienne King, who played “Alice” in “Friday the 13th” and “Friday the 13th Part 2.”

1960 – Jenette Goldstein, a wonderful character actor who has appeared in such classics as “Aliens”, “Near Dark”, “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”, and “Autopsy”.

1951 – Patrick Bergin, who starred in the films “Highway to Hell,” “Ghostwood,” “Lawnmower Man 2,” the TV movie “The Ripper” and the 2002 TV mini-series, “Dracula.” as well as “Devil’s Prey”, “Beneath Loch Ness”, “Shark Week”, and “Gallowwalkers”.

1948 – Vincent Damon Furnier better known as horror rocker Alice Cooper. He did the title song for the film “Friday the 13th VI: Jason Lives,” and his music has appeared in such films as “Scream,” “The Faculty” and the 2007 version of “Halloween.” He took a turn as an actor in the films “Monster Dog,” “Prince of Darkness” and “Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare” where he played “Freddy’s father.” and Tim Burton’s remake of “Dark Shadows”.

1944 – Toshio Kurosawa, who starred in the films “Evil of Dracula,” “Blood Snow” and “Catastrophe 1999: The Prophecies of Nostradamus.”

1940 – “Night of the Living Dead,” “Dawn of the Dead,” “Day of the Dead,” “Land of the Dead,” “Diary of ther Dead” and “Survival of the Dead” director George A. Romero who is the father of the modern zombie movie.

1938 – Gary Conway who played the title role in “I Was a Teenage Frankenstein,” and also starred in “How To Make a Monster” and “The Viking Women and the Sea Serpent.” He also starred as “Captain Steve Burton” in the TV series “Land Of The Giants.”

1914 – Ida Lupino, who appeared in the films “The Devil’s Rain” and “The Food of the Gods.”

1912 – James Craig, who appeared in the films “The Cyclops,” “Ghost Diver” and “The Doomsday Machine.”
