1995 – Russell Braddon, who penned the novel “The Year Of The Angry Rabbit” on which the film “Night Of The Lepus” was based, passed away at the age of 77.

1987 – Keith Richards, who appeared in the films “When Worlds Collide,” the serial “The Invisible Monster” and “The Snow Creature,” passed away at the age of 71.”

1964 – The Lord High Minister of all things sinister Peter Lorre, passed away at the age of 59.
