Synopsis
The Mi Sing, a well-established criminal organization of Chicago’s Chinatown district, is approaching the new year with promising new ventures. However, an uneasy truce with a rival outfit is tested as people go missing, and when the Mi Sing’s White Fan investigates the sudden disappearance of an ally, he discovers an entirely new enemy
