Fundraising: Waterfront Nightmare

waterfrontFilm making is actually a really complicated art. There is so much that goes into making a quality production that many people don’t realize. Unfortunately, after the cameras have stopped rolling directors and producers sometimes find themselves with a product they are not 100% happy with. This problem can be remedied through a variety of ways, most commonly pick-up shoots.

This seems to be the case with Waterfront Nightmare. Although the film hasn’t hit the film festival circuit yet, I’ve been able to view this horror-thriller. My review was mostly positive, but I did note that the film was missing a little something. Well, it seems that the creators agree and are gearing up again to do some pick-up shoots to enhance the quality of the film.

The team behind Waterfront Nightmare has launched an indiegogo fundraising campaign in hopes of securing funds to complete the new edit of Waterfront Nightmare. This is a good project to spare some cash too because the film is already 95% complete. If you’d like to see your name in the credits of a film in a short amount of time, this one’s for you.

Waterfront Nightmare is a psychological thriller, in which seven college friends spend their spring break in a remote waterfront cabin only to discover that their lives are in jeopardy. The partying stops when they each start disappearing one by one.”
