We can never have enough werewolf films if you ask me, and news has come today via our brothers at Shocktilyoudrop regarding the upcoming werewolf thriller Late Phases.
According to news leaked on Twitter, actress Erin Cummings (Bitch Slap, Dark House, Spartacus) and Ethan Embry (The House Across the Street, Vacancy, They) have joined the cast of MPI/Dark Sky Films werewolf thriller Late Phases which is currently filming in New York.
Late Phases will be directed by Adrián García Bogliano (Penumbra, Cold Sweat) in his first English language film. Cummings and Embry will join previously announced cast members Nick Damici (Mulberry Street, Stake Land) and Tina Louise (Gilligan’s Island).
Damici will be playing the role of Ambrose and Cummings and Embry will play a couple in the film.
Plot Synopsis
Late Phases will tell the story of Ambrose McKinley, a blind war veteran, who moves into a community where the residents have been dying in increasing numbers – oddly, all have supposedly been the victims of dog attacks. But after barely surviving his own attack on his first night there, Ambrose discovers that the assailants are not just canines – they are entirely different and far more terrifying.”
