2005 – Lane Smith, appeared in the telefilm “Dark Night of the Scarecrow” and the TV shows “V” and “Lois and Clark” and the feature film “Prison”.

2004 – Danny Dark, whose voice was very well known in commercials and as the announcer for NBC, passed away at the age of 65. He was best known for providing the voice of “Superman” on “The Super Friends,” and for telling “Charlie The Tuna,” “Sorry Charlie.”

2004 – Robert Lees, who wrote the screenplays for “Abbott & Costello Meet The Invisible Man,” “Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein” and “The Black Cat” (1941), passed away at the age of 91.

1979 – Darla Hood who played “Darla” in the “Little Rascals” comedies and appeared in the film “The Bat” with Vincent Price, passed away at the age of 47.

1979 – Barry Shear who directed several TV series including “Night Gallery” and “The Sixth Sense,” passed away at the age of 56.
