2010 – Bobby Walker, who was part of the art department on the “Son of Svengoolie” show, passed away at the age of 71.

2001 – Carroll O’Connor, best known for playing “Archie Bunker,” passed away at the age of 76. He starred in the TV movie “Fear No Evil” and appeared in episodes of the TV shows “Voyage To the Bottom of the Sea,” “The Time Tunnel” and “The Outer Limits.”

2001 – Vernon Sewell, directed such films as “Ghost Ship”, “The Blood Beast Terror”, “Curse of the Crimson Altar” and “Burke & Hare”.
