1957 – Kelly McGillis, appeared in “Stake Land” and “The Innkeepers”.

1945 – Horror/thriller/sci-fi author Dean R. Koontz, he wrote such novels as “Watchers”, “Phantoms”, “Night Chills”, “Hideaway”, “Whispers” and many others.  These novels have all been made into films as have more of his books.

1942 – Richard Roundtree who is best known for his portrayal of “Shaft” and who also appeared in “Amityville: A New Generation,” “Se7en” and “Q.”

1938 – Brian Dennehy who played serial killer John Wayne Gacy in “To Catch a Killer” and also appeared in the films “Cocoon” and “FX.”

1927 – Susan Cabot who appeared in “War of the Satellites,” “The Viking Women and the Sea Serpent” and played the title role in “The Wasp Woman.”
