“I’m a lifetime movie buff. I love everything about films. I finally got the chance to work on some Cable TV shows in my early and mid-twenties (commercials included). I even had my own cable show. It was an entertainment show that mostly dealt with movies. It was called ‘Dr. X’s Creatures’ and that lasted for almost six years. I still hadn’t been INVOLVED with movies yet. I had some friends who worked on them, I heard some promises made but, it just hadn’t happened yet. When I was 30, I decided to just jump in. Sometimes I could get work. Yet, it was pretty trying. Transportation was the biggest problem.

Still, I worked on some projects, in which I had a good time with. I worked with some nice people and I’d still like to continue acting now and then. By default, I’ve done a lot of horror (resume-wise). LOL In regards to horror films: Playing the victim was okay. Playing the villain is great! Special Effects are a lot of fun!”*

Location: I am from New Mexico.

1. How did you get into the industry?

I’ve been an avid movie fan most of my life. I’m crazy about all kinds but, I blame my love of horror on my family. They were huge buffs no matter how I felt about it. So I got curious.

How did I get involved? I just started looking up casting calls. I knew people who made films (etc) and I consorted and helped promote but, one day I decided that I wanted to do that work too. I couldn’t find much in New Mexico and so I started looking at national casting sites (The internet came in handy). I got lucky and I’d say over half the film projects I’ve worked on have been through national collaboration. Working in Canada was my first international film job.

2. What Scream Queen inspired you most?

I couldn’t say which Scream Queen inspired me the most. I like Claire Higgins and Betsy Palmer inspired me to join Facebook. Betsy had stated on MySpace that she was moving on to FaceBook more and so I followed her. I used to recite her ‘Friday the 13th’ monologue all the time, just about.

3. What are the next couple projects you are working on?

I’ve not stopped acting but, I did slow down a few years ago, due to things in my personal life. Since then I started working more with charity and then started doing sporting activities again. I’m back to studying history, culture and music. I am having a real good time.

I’d be happy to do more acting. I have a real good time with it. I find it quite stimulating. Though the only thing I know of at this time which I’m working with, is a survival-type TV series later this year.
