2012 – Carlo Rambaldi, Special effects makeup master of such films as “King Kong 1976”, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”, “Alien”, “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial”, “Silver Bullet” and many more.

2002 – Prolific “B” Movie director, Doris Wishman, passed away at the age of 82. Her numerous films included “Nude on the Moon,” “Bad Girls Go to Hell,” and “The Amazing Transplant.”

1979 – Dick Foran who appeared in “The Mummy’s Hand,” “The Mummy’s Tomb” and “The Atomic Submarine,” passed away at the age of 69.

1976 – Stuntman Ray “Crash” Corrigan, who played the title role of “The Ape,” “It, the Terror From Beyond Space” and appeared in “The Zombies of Mora Tau,” passed away at the age of 74.
