Deadly Beauty: Horror’s Scream Queens and Rising Talent: Eliza Jayne

“Eliza Jayne is a model, actress, ghost hunter and photographer from Pennsylvania. Ms. Jayne began modeling as a teenager, and has been behind the camera since she was 10. Eliza has seen her work published many times in her career, and has won various awards for both modeling and her photography.

As a teen Ms. Jayne started out doing modeling as a spokes model for several national brands. Just recently she won several online contests, and she was selected from a huge field of hopefuls, and named spokesperson for a national convention held in California. In addition, Eliza has also done promo work for many national companies, appeared on numerous television shows, national radio programs, and is currently being looked at for upcoming movie roles.

Her interest in the Paranormal has also been part of her paths calling for many years as well, which has led her to furthering the need to investigate and study the Field. She has been able to join different groups and people, and been able to investigate from Gettysburg and it’s battlefield, to the Hudson Valley NY area to the “The Shanley Hotel”.

And she was picked during a Casting Call to join as a New Recruit for “Paranormal Task Force” “aka” PTF. Who just finished filming several Episodes of a TV Show called “HAUNT U”, which has been Airing on Comcast’s ON DEMAND’S “Paranormal TV” station. Where she and another New Recruit, are trained on investigative techniques and equipment, and then sent out to use their training to investigate, “Eastern State Penitentiary” in Philadelphia PA. If you were in New York you may have seen her smiling down as part of the Dove ad campaign. Most recently you could have seen her on SyFy’s Ghost Hunter.

Ms. Jayne has finished filming the upcoming zombie film and is currently working on several other movies . Eliza has been a fan of the horror genre since she was a little girl, always excited about ghosts and goblins this only helps but fuel her motivation to act in more Horror movies as well as continue pursue more paranormal investigation opportunities.”*

1. How did you get into the industry?

I began by acting in commercials when I was younger for my dad’s business and then began modeling

Yikes that is so tough to narrow down so I will name a few Dee Wallace, Lynn Lowry, Linda Blair

3. What are the next couple projects you are working on?

I am working on several independent films both horror and non horror as well as I am currently working on a pilot. I also will be making an appearance on a few TV shows which is to be announced.
