Fear and the need for survival seal the way of Samuel and Emily, loners in a world of death, destruction and zombie takeover. Follow their journey as they battle their way through a brave, new world. Hardened by a lifetime in the military, Samuel is well-versed in bloodshed. His relationship with the well-meaning Emily is unlikely, but when thrown together they face a shocking reality – the quest of endurance in a civilization devoid of light.
