Drunken Zombie Film Festival In Peoria, IL Announces Line Up

The Drunken Zombie International Horror Film Festival is happy to announce their line up for this year’s festival. We have selected 8 feature films and a whopping 17 short films from all over the world to showcase this year. The festival takes place on Saturday November 2nd from 12pm till 12am and Sunday November 3rd from 12pm till 5pm at Landmark Cinemas. Tickets are $15 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday, or $20 for a weekend pass. This is the sixth year we’ve held the festival and are excited to once again show our attendees independent horror films from all over the world that they might have never seen. An American Terror:

Jonathan MacKinlay is a man trapped inside his home by his own mind. Suffering from agoraphobia, caused by a car accident that also took his wife’s life, his existence has been reduced to a monotonous repetition of identical days. However, a home invasion shatters his safe haven and possibly his mind. Soon he finds that he might no longer be alone in the house. Something evil lurks in the darkness, preying on his fears and self-loathing. Is it real or just a figment of his imagination? He’ll have to survive to find out.

About Drunken Zombie:

Drunken Zombie started out as a horror themed podcast in 2007. After awhile they began to gather a network of podcasts from themselves and others not related to the main show. Thus the Drunken Zombie Podcasting Network was born. In 2008 they started their own film festival to showcase independent horror films they had discovered through their podcast and it has been going strong ever since.
