2007 – Peter Ronson who appeared in the film “Journey to the Center of the Earth” (1959), passed away at the age of 72.

1993 – Glenn Corbet who starred in “Homicidal” passed away at the age of 59. He also appeared in episodes of the original “Star Trek,” “Land of the Giants” and “Night Gallery.”

1979 – Ted Cassidy, who played “Lurch” on the “Addams Family” TV series, passed away at the age of 46. He also provided the voices for numerous cartoons, such as “Space Ghost,” “Frankenstein Jr.,” “The Godzilla Power Hour” and “The New Fantastic Four” where he voiced “Ben Grimm.”

1989 – Author Pierre Boileau, passed away at the age of 82. He wrote the novel “Celle Qui N’était Plus,” on which the film “Diabolique” was based and the screenplay for “Les Yeux Sans Visage,” a.k.a. “Eyes Without a Face” a.k.a. The Horror Chamber of Dr. Faustus.”

1981 – Bernard Lee who played “M” in the “James Bond” films, passed away at the age of 73. He also appeared in “Frankenstein and the Monster From Hell.”
