I can’t tell you how incredibly excited I am for Legendary Pictures upcoming Godzilla reboot, remake, reimagining, or whatever you want to call it. In anticipation of the film’s May 16th, 2014 release, the marketing folks at Warner Bros. are shifting into high gear and have released another teaser poster courtesy of Yahoo Movies. This time, the poster show’s us the back of Godzilla as he is stomping San Franciso. Check out the great poster down below.
The interesting thing about this new poster design is we get a better idea of just how massive Big G will be in the film, I mean he towers over the buildings in San Francisco, oh yeah!
Monsters‘ Gareth Edwards directs the all star cast including Elizabeth Olsen, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Johnson, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe, Richard T. Jones, Sally Hawkins, Akira Takarada, Victor Rasuk, Yuki Morita, and C.J. Adams.
In theaters May 16, 2014, an epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.
Making his first appearance in 1954 (Gojira) Godzilla is a giant monster that lives in the sea that comes from the ocean to feed on mankind.
