1994 – Dakota Fanning, who stars as “Jane” in the “Twilight” films “Eclipse,” “New Moon” and “Breaking Dawn.” She also starred in “Hide and Seek,” “the 2005 remake of “War of the Worlds” and provided the voice of “Coraline.”

1983 – Emily Blunt, has appeared in “The Wolfman”, “The Adjustment Bureau”, and “Looper”.

1966 – Neal McDonough, who plays “Dum Dum Dugan” in “Captain America: The First Avenger.” He also appeared in the 2007 remake of “The Hitcher” and “Minority Report.”

1944 – Musician Johnny Winter, who wrote the song “Frankenstein.”

1939 – Easy rider Peter Fonda, son of Henry and brother to Jane. He has starred in the films “Spirits of the Dead,” “Race With the Devil,” “Nadja,” and “Ghost Rider.”

1939 – Majel Barrett who portrayed “Dr. Christine Chapel” on the original “Star Trek” series, and “Lwaxana Troi” on “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” She was married to “Star Trek” creator Gene Roddenberry.

1938 – Paul Morrissey, who directed Andy Warhol’s “Flesh For Frankenstein” and “Blood For Dracula.”

1915 – Jon Hall, who starred in the films “The Invisible Man’s Revenge” and “Beach Girls and the Monster.” He also directed “Beach Girls” and “The Navy vs. the Night Monsters.”

1904 – Director Terence Fisher, whose films include the Hammer classics “Curse of Frankenstein,” “Horror of Dracula” and “Curse of the Werewolf.”

1883 – Victor Fleming who directed the 1941 version of “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde” and “The Wizard of Oz.”
