In the first episode: Ashley Brooks (Garces) arrives to her new home in Tujunga with her husband Patrick (Brown). The couple quickly meets some of the suburb’s residents including: the smarmy property manager Santiago Serpiente (Petri), the good-looking maintenance man named John (Morgenstern); and their mysterious next-door neighbor Estelle (Parks).
