1970 – Michael Rapaport, who appeared in the films “The 6th Day”, “Deep Blue Sea” and “Kiss of the Damned.”

1979 – Bianca Lawson, who plays “Emily Bennet” on the show “The Vampire Diaries”. She also appeared in episodes of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” and in the films “Supergator,” “Big Monster on Campus” and “Dead & Breakfast.”

1964 – Stephen Sommers, who wrote and directed the remake of “The Mummy,” “The Mummy Returns,” “Van Helsing”, “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” and “Odd Thomas.”

1963 – David Thewlis, who plays “Remus Lupin” in the “Harry Potter” films. He also appeared in the 2006 remake of “The Omen” and the 1996 version of “The Island of Dr. Moreau.”

1958 – Holly Hunter who appeared in the films “Copycat” and “The Burning.”

1957 – Theresa Russell, who appeared in the films “Black Widow,” “The Grotesque,” the 2001 version of “Earth vs. the Spider” and “Spider-Man 3.”

1950 – William Hurt, who starred in the films “Altered States,” “Lost in Space,” the “Frankenstein” TV mini-series, and “Mr. Brooks.”

1950 – Tom Towles, who starred in “Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer,” the 1990 remake of “Night of the Living Dead,” and “The Devil’s Rejects.”

1947 – Richard Dyszel, who appeared in the films “The Alien Factor,” “Nightbeast,” “The Galaxy Invader,” “Cremains” and “Crawler.”

1935 – Ted Bessell, best known for playing “Don Hollinger” on the TV series “That Girl.” He starred in the very chilling TV movie “Scream, Pretty Peggy.”

1931 – Hal Linden, best known for playing the title role on the TV series “Barney Miller.” He did the voice characterizations for the American versions of “Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster” and “Destroy All Monsters.”

1914 – Wendell Corey, who appeared in the films “Rear Window,” “Women of the Prehistoric Planet” and “The Astro-Zombies.”

1913 – Judith Evelyn, who appeared in the films “Rear Window” and “The Tingler.”

1908 – Michael Redgrave, father of Lynn and Vanessa, who appeared in the films “Dead of Night,” “1984” and the 1973 TV movie “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde.” He passed away on March 21, 1985, one day shy of his 78th birthday.

1908 – Hugh McDermott, who appeared in the films “Devil Girl From Mars” and “First Men in the Moon.”
