1988 – Tania Raymonde, has appeared in “Lost (TV Series)”, “Chillerama”, “Death Valley (TV Series)”, and “Texas Chainsaw 3D.”

1980 – Kandyse McClure, who plays “Lieutenant Anastasia Dualla” on the new “Battlestar Galactica” and appeared in the 2009 TV version of “Children of the Corn.”

1976 – Reese Witherspoon, who starred in the films “Jack the Bear,” “American Psycho.” “Fear” and provided the voice of “Susan Murphy” a.k.a. “Ginormica” in the animated film “Monsters vs. Aliens.”

1955 – Lena Olin, who appeared in the films “Queen of the Damned,” “The Ninth Gate” and “Darkness.”

1937 – Composer Angelo Badalamenti, who did the film scores for “Lost Highway,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: The Dream Warriors,” “The Wicker Man,” “Dark Water” and the TV series “Twin Peaks.”

1935 – M. Emmet Walsh, who appeared in the films “Escape From the Planet of the Apes,” “Blade Runner” and the TV series “The Flash.”

1931 – William Shatner. He starred in the films “Kingdom of the Spiders,” “The Devil’s Rain” and “American Psycho 2.”

1927 – Karl Hardman who played Harry Cooper in “Night of the Living Dead, and starred in the film “Santa Claws.” He was the real life father of Kyra Schon who played his daughter in “NOTLD,” and later married Marilyn Eastman who played his wife in “NOTLD.”

1923 – The legendary performer who made mimes cool, Marcel Marceu. he starred in “Barbarella” and the wonderfully bizarre film “Shanks.”

1920 – Ross Martin, best known for his role as “Artemus Gordon” on the TV show “The Wild, Wild West.” He also appeared in the films “The Colossus of New York,” “Conquest of Space” and “Experiment in Terror.”

1917 – Virginia Grey, who appeared in the films “House of Horrors,” “Unknown Island” and “The Black Zoo.”

1912 – Karl Malden, who always urged us to “never leave home without it,” in reference to the American Express card. He starred as “Detective Stone” on the TV series “The Streets of San Francisco” and in the films “Phantom of the Rue Morgue” “Meteor” and was host (briefly) of the show “Unsolved Mysteries” before Robert Stack.
