James Balsamo is a director who delivers some fun blood-soaked horror films that tend to be filled with more cameo appearances from different celebrity and rocks stars that it is sometimes hard to remember you are watching a movie. My first experience with Balsamo and his work was with the 2013 horror comedy Cool As Hell (read my review here). Since then I have followed him and his career pretty closely and I have to say I am pretty damn excited to see his upcoming flick Catch of the Day.

Officer Rod Davis becomes embedded undercover when a cartel starts bringing drugs into the city through fish shipments.
