Ryan’s first movie appearance was in the independent film WAITING FOR THE ROCKET. Shortly after, she auditioned for the film GEORGE WALLACE. Legendary director John Frankenheimer offered her the part on the spot, working with veteran actors Gary Sinise and Mare Winningham. Next, she landed the role of one of the Felon Cheerleaders in the Universal film BASEkeball, from the creators of South Park and director David Zucker. 1. How did you get into the industry?

I had always wanted to be in the entertainment industry but living far from Hollywood didn’t know where to even begin. I was very fortunate and was approached on the beach in my early teens to model for a swimwear campaign. Shortly after that I was at the park with a girlfriend and we were both asked to try out for an advertisement. We both booked the job. Around the same time I was at my friends Tracy & Steph’s house for dinner and their older sister was doing wardrobe on a film and that is how I got my first walk on role! From there modeling jobs started rolling in and I went on to become a successful model. Years later with a ton of hard work I am still having fun doing what I love!

2. What Scream Queen inspired you most?

My favorite “Scream Queens” are actresses with tremendous range who work on more than just horror films. Eva Green is my all time favorite actress! Of course Sissy Spacek, Jamie Lee Curtie, Janet Leigh, and the always amazing Jennifer Jason Leigh.

3. What are the next couple projects you are working on?

I will be busy this summer on back to back projects including sci-fi flick “The Halo Theory” where I am psyched to use my weapons and fight training fending off the infected ; “Bad Kids Go To Hell 2” I am reprising my role as Ms. Gleason opposite Judd Nelson, Ben Browder; I am appearing on two tv shows – a vampire series, “Drakul”, which is in negotiations with a British Network and the season finale of “Hell’s Kitty”, a horror-comedy series featuring other legends in the genre.; as well as supernatural film “Marked” filming in Atlanta; and romantic comedy “Love Addict”.

Thank you for featuring me on DEADLY BEAUTY! I am a huge animal rights activist and end every interview with a plea . . . Please spay and neuter your pets!! Be part of the solution, not the problem!  And please if you are thinking of getting a pet ADOPT from a shelter or rescue.  They make the best pets!
