Lock It Down Productions, the team behind Dead Bounty and Provoked, are at it again with their upcoming film Book of Ash. Today we received some pretty big news regarding the film and the cast. Check the press release out below:
Lock it Down Productions is happy to announce the lead actress for their third
feature film, “Book of Ash”, directed by Jordan Pacheco and produced by David
Langill.
Kati Salowsky will be playing the lead character role of ‘Audrey Barrows’. Playing
opposite Kati, as ‘Ms. Barrows’, will be horror legend, Lynn Lowry.
Kati is a young, energetic, actress breaking out into the entertainment industry.
Originally from Boston, MA, she now currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.Kati discovered her love of performing at the age of 3 as she took the stage in the
world of dance. At age 5 she began figure skating and continued to skate
competitively in both national and world competitions for the following 12 years.Somewhere in the mix of dance and skating, Kati realized she wanted to act. She
decided to pursue theater and landed the role of “Penelope” in her middle school’s
production of “Bye Bye Birdie.”This was just the beginning….After years of community stage work, Kati decided to take to the big screen. She can
be seen in feature films, independents, television shows, shorts, commercials, and
web series.
