Three Young Adults Hospitalized After Playing With A Ouija Board.

Some people are saying this is a viral marketing project in promotion of the upcoming Stiles White movie, Ouija. What do you think?

Several websites and blogs are currently reporting that three young adults vacationing in Mexico have been hospitalized after playing with their Ouija board and suffered side affects closely related to possession.

Sergio Huerta, 23, Alexandra Huerta, 22, and Fernando Cuevas, 18 – all family members – were vacationing in Mexico, in the town of San Juan Tlacotenco specifically. It’s rumored that only minutes after the “game” began, Alexandra began to growl, thrash around, and enter long periods of a trance-like state. Sergio and Fernando also started showing signs of possession or at least supernatural occurrences; including periods of blindness, deafness, and hallucinations.

The strange occurrences eventually reached a local priest who initially refused to perform an exorcism based on the fact that the teens were not regular members of his congregation. However, medical professionals visited the house of the “possessed” youths and determined that they should seek medical attention. They administered Alexandra with high dose painkillers to keep her sedated and gave the two young men anti-stress medication and eye drops…which coincidentally worked.

Other symptoms the “possessed” showcased includes muscle spasms, numbness, and difficulty swallowing.

Whether or not the “possession” ceased upon arrival at the hospital or if an exorcism ever took place remains to be seen because that’s where the story ends. This story could appear as believable because the symptoms the three family members were experiencing weren’t as dramatic as, let’s say for instance, spines breaking, crawling on the walls, speaking in Latin, etc.

What do you think?
