After two years of development, the horror-humor webcomic “Sex and Monsters” (www.sexandmonsters.com) is being re-launched today with all new comics by an international group of independent writers and artists.
According to “Sex and Monsters” publisher Will Penny, “It’s been a lot of fun working with great talents like Angelica Blevins, Corlen Kruger, and Sergi Brosa. I think readers will really like what we’ve cooked up for them!”
“Sex and Monsters” showcases a variety of comics that mix together Saturday morning cartoons and late-night horror movies. Rue Morgue Magazine has praised “Sex and Monsters” as “quirky” and “worth checking out.” (Rue Morgue #114). The website has also been nominated for a “Ghastly Award” for excellence in webcomics.
“Whether it be undead surf kooks, naked teenage beatniks, or girls in gorilla-suits, I think the new site will have something to offer everyone,” says Penny.
