Ryan Adams, former member of Whiskeytown, is still reaching massive success with his solo career. He’s produced songs for some of the world’s most talented singers and performers, and has an expansive catalogue of his own material. He’s released thirteen albums since 2000, all of which have debuted within the top 60 in America and top 100 in the UK.
Adams is set to release his fourteenth studio album, self titled, on September 9, 2014. In anticipation of the upcoming album release, the first single – “Gimme Something Good” – has just received the music video treatment, which hit YouTube and Vimeo today. The black and white, sort of depressing music video features new footage of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark as Adam’s dream lover.
And can’t we all just be thankful that Cassandra is donning the now iconic costume again? I thought we’d have to wait until Halloween!
