1994 – Patrick O’Neal, who appeared in the “Fear of Spiders” episode of the “Night Gallery” TV series, and in the film “Chamber of Horrors,” passed away at the age of 66.

1966 – Character actor Nestor Paiva, who appeared in the films “Hold That Ghost,” “Creature From the Black Lagoon” and “Tarantula,” passed away at the age of 61.
