Early last year I reviewed the micro-budget slasher The Campground.  The film was a solid slasher that had a story that could be something even more.  Director Roman Jossart knew that and has revealed a Kickstarter campaign that will fund both sequels to his indie hit!

WHY TWO FEATURE FILMS AT ONCE?

The Campground is a film we gave birth to in 2013 and since then we have really wanted to expand on the character of Charlie Varsin and really get the full story out there. We didn’t want to waste any time getting this out there either, that being said we decided to set out and film the last two films in this franchise next year. We didn’t want to do separate campaigns either, rather than knock it out in one big one. Filming both of these back to back also gives us an awesome opportunity when it comes to release dates. We will be releasing The Campground: Varsin’s Vengeance in fall of 2015 and 3 in early Summer of 2016. This also gives you guys a great opportunity to get your name and support on two films for the price of one.
