2008 – Peter Gordeno who appeared in the TV show “U.F.O.” passed away at the age of 69.

2000 – Gwen Verdon who appeared in “Cocoon” and “Cocoon: the Return,” passed away at the age of 75.

1931 – Thomas A. Edison, who brought the story of “Frankenstein” to the screen for the first time in 1910, passed away at the age of 84
