1974 – Stafford Repp who played “Cheif O’Hara” on the “Batman” TV series, passed away at the age of 56.

1972 – Reginald Owen, who played “Scrooge” in the 1938 version of “A Christmas Carol,” passed away at the age of 85. He also appeared in the films “The Canterville Ghost” (1944), “Bedknobs and Broomsticks” and the “Trio For Terror” episode of the TV series “Thriller.”
