  • 1991 – Don Siegel who directed the original version of “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” and the “Twilight Zone” episodes “Uncle Simon” and “The Self-Improvement Of Salvadore Ross,” passed away at the age of 78
  • 1973 – Robert Armstrong who starred in “King Kong,” “Son of Kong,” “Mighty Joe Young,” and “The Mad Ghoul,” passed away at the age of 82.
  • 1912 – Bram Stoker, who wrote “Dracula”, passed away at the age of 64.
