  • 2014 – Meshach Taylor, will be remembered best for his flamboyant role on “Designing Women (TV Series).” He also appeared in “Hyenas”, “Aaahh!!! Real Monsters (TV Series)”, “Warning Sign”, “The Beast Within”, “The Howling”, “Damien: Omen II” and more. He passed at the age of 67 from cancer.
  • 2000 – Michael Ripper, character actor extraordinaire and Hammer films stalwart who appeared in almost every Hammer film as a bar keep, policeman, drunk, and more. Some of his films include “X: The Unknown”, “The Revenge of Frankenstein”, “The Mummy”, “The Brides of Dracula”, “The Curse of the Werewolf”, “The Phantom of the Opera”, “The Plague of the Zombies”, “The Creeping Flesh” and many more.
  • 1975 – Rod Serling, the prolific writer/producer/director and legend who worked on such films and TV shows as: “Twilight Zone”, “Planet of the Apes”, “Rod Serling’s Night Gallery”.
