Chandra West was born in December of 1970 in Alberta, Canada. Originally trained as a dancer, she would eventually start down the path of an actress with her first role being a featured extra in an episode of horror anthology “Deadly Nightmares” in 1990. She continued to act in mostly unnoticed productions until she appeared in a string of hit horror movies: as Beth in Night Terrors (1993) with Robert Englund, as the female lead Susie in Puppet Master 4 (1993), again in Puppet Master 5: The Final Chapter (1994) and as a featured player in Falling for You (1995). It was at this point in her career that she also started booking guest spots on popular television shows including “Picket Fences,” “Pointman” and “Viper throughout 1995 and much of 1996.

Ms. West joined another film franchise in 1998 when she appeared as Veronica in scifi-thriller Universal Soldier II: Brothers in Arms (1998) and she returned to the role in a much bigger capacity in its follow up Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business (1999). True to her previous strategy, she then hopped back to television with recurring roles in “CSI” in 2000, “Jack & Jill” in 2001, “Mister Sterling” in 2003 and “NYPD: Blue” in 2004.

So, where is Chandra West now?

Also in 2004, Chandra returned to the horror genre with a small part in Deadly Lawyers with Sean Patrick Flanery. She stayed in the genre for a little while longer as the female lead, Anna, opposite Michael Keaton in White Noise (2005) and as the female lead, Darcy, in straight-to-DVD’s The Tooth Fairy (2006). The following year she played a small role in comedy’s I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry before staying with television up until the current years. She enjoyed a recurring role on the “90210” reboot in 2008 before booking guest spots on “Monk” in 2009, “Cold Case” and Castle” in 2010, “Private Practice” in 2011, horror-thriller “Stalker” in 2014 and “Rosewood” in 2015.
