Following the success of Skypemare, The Brentwood Strangler, and of course the first season of “Scary Endings,” Strangler Films is back with the premiere of the second season of “Scary Endings.” Welcoming back the same six producers Brian Chandler, Jessica Chandler, Ryan Dillon, Sarah Fitzpatrick, John Fitzpatrick and Adam J. Yeend, Season 2 promises to take the viewers to more ambitious and darker themes with technically challenging settings and story-lines.
“Scary Endings: Season 2” will be released each month on YouTube Channel WhereIsTheRockHammer and on the web-anthology’s official website www.ScaryEndings.com. The first episode, The Nightmare, has debuted and it’s written and directed by John Fitzpatrick. It follows Kim, whose sleep is disrupted when a demonic goblin enters her dream, determined to manifest itself in the real world. With her husband, Brad, right beside her but unaware of what’s going on inside her mind, can Kim wake before it’s too late?
The Nightmare stars Carlee Baker (L.A. Slasher, “Robot Chicken”), James Monarski (Nexflix’s “Glitch,” Australia’s “Underbelly”) and Chris Schellenger (The Canyons, They Found Hell). Produced by Brian Chandler, Jessica Chandler, Ryan Dillon, Sarah Fitzpatrick, John Fitzpatrick and Adam J. Yeend, the short film and first season two installment sees Nicholas Kaat as director of photography, Brian Chandler as editor, Aaron Goldstein on music, Erika Cho on make-up effects and Jessica Chandler and DJ Summit on visual effects.
Be on the look out for a Christmas edition of “Scary Endings” next month!
