Free FANGORIA/Alamo Drafthouse Film Fest

The Free FANGORIA/Alamo Drafthouse horror film festival (in 35mm!) at the Village Theater (2700 Anderson Lane). Open to all Austin Weekend of Horror attendees with convention wristband. Movies include: Dario Argento’s MOTHER OF TEARS; Aussie shocker STORM WARNING; the French bloodbath INSIDE; SEED (hosted by Uwe Boll); MANIAC COP 2 (hosted by William Lustig); FRIDAY THE 13TH VII (introduced by cast); and TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 2 (introduced by cast).

The world’s most famous convention for fans of gore slashes into Austin Texas for the first time on January 18 to 20 , 2008 and it’s a bloody good way to get The New Year going. With over 30 sensational horror celebrities on tap, special events, previews, a giant vendors room, and tons of surprises we hope you’ll make your plans to be with us.
