SATYRICON Release Video for ‘Phoenix’!

The Norwegian black metal band Satyricon have just released a video for the track ‘Phoenix’ in support of their newest self-titled album.  The new album is available on Nuclear Blast.  Read on for more information.

SATYRICON have released a video for the song “Phoenix” which comes from their recent self-titled release.  The song features a guest appearance by Sivert Høyem, the Norwegian singer known as the singer of Madrugada. 

Footage for the video was captured this September at the Den Norske Opera & Ballett in Oslo, Norway. SATYRICON performed with the Norwegian National Opera Chorus as part of the Ultima Oslo Contemporary Music Festival. Satyricon, debutedat #12 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and #30 on the Hard Music chart.  Other world chart entries include: #1 – Norway; #6 – Finland; #23 – Germany; and #26 – Australia.
