HalloweenMovies.com: “A new installment of Halloween is indeed on track and moving forward.”

Halloween3

It’s been 12 long years since the last original Halloween was released to theaters in the form of 2002’s Halloween: Resurrection. In 2007 the Rob Zombie remakes were the newest Michael Myers related features, which ended with 2009’s HII. Since then a rumored third movie, H3D, has been in a prolonged state of pre-production until updates on the movie completely died off about two years ago. Well, today, rumors of a new Halloween talk began to circulate thanks to an official statement from HalloweenMovies.com.

A blog posted on HalloweenMovies.com on May 1, 2014 reads: “As we stated before, we are dedicated to the fans of the Halloween series just as much as we are dedicated to delivering a film that we believe the fans deserve and will, most importantly, love. With that being said, we can confirm that a new installment of Halloween is indeed in on track and moving forward. We are currently developing a script, to finally bring Michael back to the theaters!”

This is great news for fans of the iconic slasher series. Now the only question remains: Is the upcoming title going to be another remake or is it going to be an original movie to reboot the franchise? Only time will tell, but until something more concrete shows up, please voice your opinions below!
