Addams Family house on the market!! Honestly it looks like crap. Im sure there are tons of things you would have to repair, update, get up to code, etc… but really its an iconic house. Again, folks… lets get a kickstarter going to buy this!! LOL
It sits across the road from a modern sports stadium but Verulum, which has hit the market for the first time since 1924 is from another era.
The home, which is listed with Louise Snowden of Raine & Horne Double Bay, dates back to the later part of the 19th century and today still boasts essentials of the day, such as stables. “It really is a unique property,” Ms Snowden said.
With a price guide of more than $2 million the home will be auctioned on September 11.
It is open for inspection Thursday and Saturday 10-10.30am.
