Now here is something that has me a little excited.  Today, our friend in horror, Thomas Berdinski, reached out to me about a film he is a part of.  That film is titled Monsters Among Men and it looks fucking amazing.  Check out the press release below:

Our friend Thomas Berdinski (Director of the Italian Zombie Movie and The Giant Rubber Monster Movie) is producing and in the process of promoting a crowd funding campaign for a new feature film by newcomer Ryan Blazic called “Monsters Among Men”.

The movie is about an egocentric businessman who awakens deep in the woods to find he has been abducted by a subversive group of bloodthirsty vampires disguised and living among us. He must not only escape their clutches, but save his girlfriend before time, the truth, and his kidnappers catch up with him… Think “Wrong Turn” meets “Salem’s Lot”!

The cutting edge feature screenplay took runner-up in the best horror category at the 2014 Horror Hotel International screenwriting competition and was a quarter finalist at the 2014 Creative World Awards.

The crowd funding campaign is currently underway to raise funds to produce this film and the spectacular cast is already attached and ready to film including:

Michelle Shields, Jim O’Rear, Kristina Michelle, Janet Jay, Angela DeGarmo, Luke Bonczyk, Keith Zahn, Jonathan David

The campaign link below has more information on the film, terrific perks, and opportunities to be part of this project which makes vampire scary again!
