Veteran heavy metal band, Paradise Lost, are set to answer questions from their fans on video Q&A site asQme (http:asq.me). The British metal band have just released their 14th studio album, ThePlague Within and the Q&A represents a chance for fans to ask questions about not only their recent work, but anything they like.
With a career spanning two and a half decades, Paradise Lost have continued to provoke and stay relevant in a scene which is often prone to fads and short-lived trends. The band’s latest release, The Plague Within,is no exception; delivering wave after wave of thunderous, timeless gothic metal. In the wake of this latest release the band has announced that they will be taking questions from their fans in a video Q&A session organised by asQme.
Fans will be able to submit questions for Paradise Lost by visiting the asQme homepage (https://asq.me) from June 10th. As well as being able to ask their own questions, fans will also able to vote for other questions which they wish to see answered. The most popular questions will be answered by the band in a series of personal video messages starting in mid-June.
Paradise Lost are not the first metal band to use the asQme service; Swedish prog-metal giants, Opeth, previously appearing in an interview with their Japanese speaking fans (https://asq.me/?ask=opeth). Other major international artists, including members of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Steve Aoki and Fatboy Slim have also appeared on the Japan-based service.
