Looking for a good horror film to see in theaters this week? Sure, Goosebumps is marketed as a horror film, but I don’t think it’s going to be anything too spine tingling. If you want true horror, real horror, something that’s going to make you jump out of your seat… I’d suggest checking out After Dark Films’ 8 Films to Die For. While I’ve already seen and raved about BASTARD, the second most title I’m excited to see is Wind Walkers.
Written and directed by Russell Friedenberg, and produced by Iron Circle Pictures and Sweet Tomato Films, Wind Walkers tells the story of a U.S. solider who returns home from captivity to find that his best friend and fellow former POW has gone AWOL. While out on an annual hunting trip with his friend’s father and some extended family, their group comes under attack by an ancient Native American curse that has mysterious connections to his best friend’s heritage and the prison in which they were once held captive.”
